Font Ideas for Ancillary Task

Last class lesson, we focused heavily on the font that we would be using for our Digi-pak design.

We firstly looked at the standard font that The Saturdays use:




I really like the font they use, I feel it is really unique and definately makes them a recognisable brand in that sense.

We wanted something girly for our own font, as we felt that this was appropriate to the group image. So we searched on the internet and found a few font designs which we could use:


Here are some examples of fonts we found on the internet, as you can see there is a various range. There are a lot of italic fonts which we like, such as Liberate and Shell Normal. However, there are some fonts on here we obviously we wouldn't use such as Comic and Teckton, which just do not fit the theme we are going for.


Black Jack is our favourite as it stands; we feel that it is feminine and sophistacted but still has an element of fun to it!
